I have been at the Tyto tagus project for a month now and have one left to go. I cant really update here too much hence this small post. I will do a full post when I return in September. A quick glimpse here, each night I see in excess of 20 barn owls and radio track 4 individuals. I have also ringed an owl for identification. I have lots of pictures which I will upload when I return.
